Memory Verse Challenges


1. Joshua 1:9 Challenge

Say the verse together three times, then whisper it once, then say it with confidence.

2. Psalm 56:3 Challenge

Each family member shares one fear, then says the verse out loud.

Say the verse while doing a simple motion (like touching your heart, then pointing upward).

Family Activities


1. Campfire Bible Story Night

Sit outside or dim the lights indoors and read a Bible story together by lantern or flashlight.

2. Family Gratitude Walk

Take a short walk and each person shares something they’re thankful for along the way.

3. Build a Prayer Jar

Write prayer requests on slips of paper and place them in a jar to pray over each week.

4. Scripture Scavenger Hunt

Hide simple verses around the house for kids (and adults!) to find and read aloud.

5. Family Worship Time

Pick one worship song and sing it together — even if it’s off‑key, it’s joyful.

6. Acts of Kindness Challenge

Choose one person outside your home to bless this week with a small act of kindness.

7. Bible Verse Art Night

Create simple drawings, posters, or coloring pages based on a favorite verse.

8. Family Testimony Circle

Each person shares a moment when they felt God helped them, comforted them, or taught them something.

9. Build a “Blessing Board”

Use a whiteboard or poster to list answered prayers and blessings throughout the month.

10. Family Game + Prayer Night
