Instructions
- Place potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season chicken with garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lay chicken on top of potatoes.
- Pour broth around the edges.
- Cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Sprinkle parsley before serving.
Cheesy Taco Crockpot Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey (browned)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chiles)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz uncooked pasta (shells or elbows)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add browned meat to the crockpot.
- Stir in taco seasoning, Rotel, and broth.
- Cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours.
- Add uncooked pasta and stir well.
- Cook an additional 30–40 minutes until pasta is tender.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup honey

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Place carrots and broccoli in the bottom of the crockpot.
